The Killeshandra Garden Centre is based in Snakeel in Killeshandra and us run by two locals Phil and Deirdre.
After completing a floristry course with Cavan Institute and a business course with Leitrim Flowers, Phil took the plunge, bought two polytunnels, turned his hand to growing cut-flowers and hasn’t looked back since! Deirdre is Me Auld Flower’s IT and PR administrator. A farmer’s daughter, she enjoys being back in the fields of her new home and is the point of contact for all things floristry.
We sell our Irish-grown cut-flowers from our home as well as at a local farmer’s market and are happy to cater for all occasions including weddings, funerals and special occasions. We also supply local businesses with locally-grown bedding plants, window-boxes and hanging baskets.
Our journey has been a vocation of passion and discovery and together we strive to produce the best quality cut-flowers that we can at an affordable price.
